Being an ACE Certified Personal Trainer, I am always watching my clients to ensure proper form and technique to prevent injury or overuse.

Bungee Fitness is new to Colorado and Total Movement Fitness is excited to bring it to you! This revolutionary workout is finding new ways to work out, allowing young and old to get amazing workouts without impacting prior injuries and or sore joints. If you have trouble with push ups, squats, or basic exercises this class is for you!

Many use Bungee Fitness for rehabilitation or to improve balance, core strength, and endurance. Looking for something fun to add to your regular workout? We can modify any exercise to fit your current ability as well as challenge your fitness goals! Bungee Fitness is also great for kids. ***Pants or leggings are encouraged due to the harnesses. All participants must wear athletic shoes. NO slip on, flip flop, or sandal type shoes allowed.

Indoor Rowing is the hottest trend elevating the industry. Using Concept 2 Ergs, you'll be shocked at how your body feels when you use proper form and technique. Designed by our partner ROW ViGOR, these classes will get you sweating immediately!

Are you looking for ways to increase your endurance? This is the class for you! Get out of the gym and enjoy the beautiful blue skies and fresh Colorado air. Join us at the Westminster Rec Center Grand Staircase where we squat, lunge, walk, hop, skip, and more!

Get out and get some Vitamin D! This outdoor workout includes body weight exercises paired with going up and down the stairs. This is great to prepare you for those long hikes, increase your step count and get your legs ready for ski/boarding season! This class is included with every membership.
