Many use Bungee Fitness for rehabilitation or to improve balance, core strength, and endurance. Looking for something fun to add to your regular workout? We can modify any exercise to fit your current ability as well as challenge your fitness goals! Bungee Fitness is also great for kids. ***Pants or leggings are encouraged due to the harnesses. All participants must wear athletic shoes. NO slip on, flip flop, or sandal type shoes allowed.
For some, training with me gives them new ideas to use during their regular routine (I come up with some very unique moves). For others, just getting over the fear of getting started is a powerful reason to hire me. I believe the gym / studio should be a safe place for all shapes, sizes, and fitness levels.
Indoor Rowing works 80% of the muscles in your body. Each class is slightly different - HIIT, Kettlebell training, and even yoga poses are integrated in to the classes. Friendly competition is encouraged!
