I have had the pleasure of working in the office of Birdsall Chiropractic Hand & Foot Clinic. Usually clients need adjustments as the result of injury or overuse. Myself included! As a reminder, joints are where two bones meet. They make the skeleton flexible — without them, movement would be impossible. Muscles are also necessary for movement: They’re the masses of tough, elastic tissue that pull our bones when we move.
So why would exercise be important to help maintain your results after an adjustment?
