Total Movement Method is a combination of plyometric moves and strength training moves for weight loss and fat burning. This 3-Phased approach progressively becomes more challenging. Phase-1 is 40 seconds activity and 10 seconds rest High Intensity Interval Training and Strength Training moves. Phase-1 exercises will build your foundation. Phase-2 increases in activity to 50 seconds and 10 seconds rest. The exercises increase in intensity and difficulty to keep your body from plateauing. Phase-3 is the most challenging with 60 seconds of activity and 15 seconds rest. Don’t worry – I’ve got modifications to accommodate every fitness level and prevent injuries. Each workout includes 5 rounds with 2 exercises alternating for 3 sets.
