As the Chief Fitness Officer, I feel my responsibility to my clients is providing the best customer service AND the best worout possible!! Being an ACE Certified Personal Trainer, I am always watching my clients to ensure proper form and technique to prevent injury or overuse.
TMF is not the typical gym. Yes, we offer memberships – but these memberships are based around YOUR goals! Every session feels like a private 1:1 personal training session while you’re hanging out with your BFF. Fitness should be FUN! And, you deserve to get the approprate attention so you feel successful after every class.

Bungee Fitness is new to Colorado and Total Movement Fitness is excited to bring it to you! This revolutionary workout has been finding new ways to allow young and old to get an amazing workout without impact to prior injuries and joints. Have you been skipping the gym out of concern for your joints, pains, and aches? No excuses any longer! Fire up those fast twitch muscles and explode as you fly! Are Pushups or Burpees a challenge for you? No sweat! These bungees will have you bouncing around in no time! Many use Bungee Fitness for rehabilitation to improve balance, core strength, and endurance. Bungee Fitness is also great for kids!

A new type of dynamic stretching method that focuses on upbeat music with moves that flow to the beat. This is not a discipline, but rather an easy way to introduce basic athletic stretches and yoga positions to the average gym participant.

This unique style of HIIT class is a combination of cardio blasts and weight training. Anywhere from 5 – 8 rounds with 2 exercises per round. Every exercise is shown with level 1, level 2, and level 3 modifications so you can work at your own pace. Each round is timed with a short recovery break. Excellent for burning fat and building muscle!
Total Movement Circuit Training
Using everything but the kitchen sink, this class will have your entire body working! Not a traditional Bootcamp type class. A certified trainer will monitor your form, weights, and ensure proper technique to get the most out of your workout!
Join us at the Westminster Rec Center Grand Staircase where we squat, lunge, walk, hop, skip, and more all the way up the 100 steps. Are you looking for ways to increase your endurance? How about give you that extra pep in your step? This is the class for you! Get out of the gym and enjoy the beautiful blue skies. Whether you want to train for your first 1/2 marathon or simply want to increase your cardiovascular health, our workouts wil fit your fitness level. Everyone is encouraged to go at their own pace with a little nudge from Tonya to try a little harder each flight of stairs. Don’t worry, it’s not all legs – you’ll have plenty of upper body and core work built in to the workout.
