As the Chief Fitness Officer, I feel my responsibility to my clients is providing the best customer service AND the best worout possible!! Being an ACE Certified Personal Trainer, I am always watching my clients to ensure proper form and technique to prevent injury or overuse.
TMF is not the typical gym. Yes, we offer memberships – but these memberships are based around YOUR goals! Every session feels like a private 1:1 personal training session while you’re hanging out with your BFF. Fitness should be FUN! Bungee Fitness is new to Colorado and Total Movement Fitness is excited to bring it to you! This revolutionary workout has been finding new ways to allow young and old to get an amazing workout without impact to prior injuries and joints. Have you been skipping the gym out of concern for your joints, pains, and aches? No excuses any longer! Fire up those fast twitch muscles and explode as you fly! Are Pushups or Burpees a challenge for you? No sweat! These bungees will have you bouncing around in no time! Many use Bungee Fitness for rehabilitation to improve balance, core strength, and endurance. Bungee Fitness is also great for kids!
A new type of dynamic stretching method that focuses on upbeat music with moves that flow to the beat. This is not a discipline, but rather an easy way to introduce basic athletic stretches and yoga positions to the average gym participant.
Train your cardiovascular system while strengthening your core, legs, arms and back. It’s time to revolutionize cardio kickboxing by simplifying the choreography so the class can concentrate on form and intensity, instead of fancy footwork. The class format is the perfect kickboxing and bootcamp fusion, alternating between kickboxing drills, total body exercises, and core strengthening movements.
Total Movement Method
Ready for the next workout that will challenge your body, change your mindset, and have you walking around with confidence all day?
Total Movement Method is a combination of plyometric moves and strength training moves for weight loss and fat burning. This 3-Phased approach progressively becomes more challenging. Phase-1 is 40 seconds activity and 10 seconds rest High Intensity Interval Training and Strength Training moves. Phase-1 exercises will build your foundation. Phase-2 increases in activity to 50 seconds and 10 seconds rest. The exercises increase in intensity and difficulty to keep your body from plateauing. Phase-3 is the most challenging with 60 seconds of activity and 15 seconds rest. Don’t worry – I’ve got modifications to accommodate every fitness level and prevent injuries. Each workout includes 5 rounds with 2 exercises alternating for 3 sets.

How about give you that extra pep in your step? This is the class for you! Get out of the gym and enjoy the beautiful blue skies. Whether you want to train for your first 1/2 marathon or simply want to increase your cardiovascular health, our workouts wil fit your fitness level. Everyone is encouraged to go at their own pace with a little nudge from Tonya to try a little harder each flight of stairs. Don’t worry, it’s not all legs – you’ll have plenty of upper body and core work built in to the workout.
