WOW it’s cold outside! It’s a blistering 1 degree in Westminster, CO. But that’s no excuse for not working out! Boot camp was held this morning instead of our Saturday stair workout. Every excecise completed for 1:30 min with a speed round of 30 sec blast at the end. GREAT work by my clients. We took measurements for a mini Project ME. One gal lost 5lbs and 7.5in in just 8 weeks! Just goes to show you that even though the number on the scale may not change as drastically as you would like it to, your body composition will be key to what you pay attention. This is my first blog entry so bare with me as I get the hang of this! Above all else – LET’S GET MOVING!
