Along with 8 other ladies, earlier this November I experimented with a trial run of the Whole30 program hosted by my dear friend Lori Carroll – health coach and excellent cook! We decided that 10 days would be a great entry in to discovering how our bodies would respond to the clean eating, the tasty recipes, and weening our system off sugar. The first couple of days were manageable. As the week went on, it became more apparent to me that my body had been experiencing major inflammation.
